i just know summer 2022 is going to be one of the best summers we’ve had in a while, and let’s be honest, we need it. so, time to splurge on all those outfits, accessories, and skincare necessities we’ve all been dying to use. from traveling around the world to just having picnics with friends or going on hot girl walks, here are some of the must-have items for summer 2022.
NuFace Facial Toning Device
ok, this is kind of a splurge, however, i highly recommend this product. so many influencers and celebrities SWEAR by this. it’s basically a gua sha but with electros that make sure your jaw-line is snatched. basically, you apply this hydrating gel to your face then go up your cheeks, neck, and forehead to define your face. it feels prickly, but the reviews are telling, that this product is a must.
jumpsuits
jumpsuits are all the rage right now. not like the romper type, but workout jumpsuits (or also called a bodysuit) think about a uni-tard, but make it fashion. you can dress it up or down, pair it with cowboy boots and a blazer for a night out, or tennis shoes and a zip-up jacket for a walk to coffee. they’re so cute and so many brands carry them with millions of color options. my favorites are from Skims or Aritizia.
Supergoop Glow-Screen
another thing that is all the rage is anything from the brand Supergoop. personally, my favorite is the glow screen. it’s so lightweight with a hint of sparkle that makes for the perfect dewey summer makeup look. such a great investment for a staple makeup product. what’s even better, is that it’s 40 SPF! you’re supposed to use sunscreen every day, so why not add an extra shine to your face?
button ups
this is something that i’m so glad is trending. i live for button-ups, especially in the summer. they’re perfect for over swimsuits, tucked into jeans, or with a matching bottom. additionally, you do not have to spend any money because they are everywhere. you can even steal one from your boyfriend or dad. i personally love thrifting mine via Depop, but one brand i love if you’re willing to spend some cash is Djerf Avenue, which was created by Instagram/Pinterest It-girl Matilda Djerf. but, you can basically get them anywhere, with so many style options.
